Care Instructions

Here are some tips on how to care for your products so that they can stay with you on all your upcoming adventures.

Shipping Information

Deliveries will take place Monday through Friday between 9:00am - 5:00pm. We are not able to provide a specific time for the delivery of your order.

Warranty

Little Wiwa offers a 6-month warranty on all of our play mats. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the seams only.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We can certainly offer a refund/ exchange within 7 days, as long as the product is unused and the packaging is in its original condition (plastic, label, velcro straps and the box).

Standards and Certification

All our play mats have been tested independently and are compliant with Australian & New Zealand AS/NZS ISO 8124 Toy Standards as well as European EN71 Toy Standards.

Second order just placed as I already have 2. I have 2 boys and loving cars as much as they do I ordered a roads mats from a competitor site as something for the play room (out of sight haha) unfortunately the quality was quite poor and after only a week there was unacceptable wear and tear. I have returned the ones and purchased another Wiwa. The quality of my existing ones after over 6 months of heavy use is still immaculate. (main living and toy room both with coffee table and children's chairs) These are truly the best and mats I have come across. Not to mention they are under half the price of new release competition. Very happy with the mat. Easy to clean and move if necessary. Nice and thick. Great size. My children love it during the day and it encourages me to get down on the ground with them as there is plenty of room and it's comfy. I use it for my yoga at home in the evenings too. bub and i love our little wiwa playmat. it has a modern, clean & neutral design that fits seamlessly into our living room. the mat is plus, high-quality and easy to clean. the packaging and delivery were spot on.
