WARRANTY POLICY

6 Month Warranty

Little Wiwa offers a 6-month warranty on all of our play mats.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the seams only.

If there's any other manufacturing fault on the mat, we require you to notify us and disclose this within 14 days of the receiving the product.

If you have any issues with the product that you have received, please email us at hello@littlewiwa.com as soon as possible, so we can arrange for a replacement.

WHAT's NOT COVERED?

It does not cover the following but not limited to;-

Normal wear & tear
Discolouration. Due to the nature of the material, discolouration may occur overtime on the light colour areas/ edges, this is not a product fault.
Puncture Damage (such as pierces and holes) caused by use, accident and/or failure to follow Care Instructions.

Second order just placed as I already have 2. I have 2 boys and loving cars as much as they do I ordered a roads mats from a competitor site as something for the play room (out of sight haha) unfortunately the quality was quite poor and after only a week there was unacceptable wear and tear. I have returned the ones and purchased another Wiwa. The quality of my existing ones after over 6 months of heavy use is still immaculate. (main living and toy room both with coffee table and children's chairs) These are truly the best and mats I have come across. Not to mention they are under half the price of new release competition. Very happy with the mat. Easy to clean and move if necessary. Nice and thick. Great size. My children love it during the day and it encourages me to get down on the ground with them as there is plenty of room and it's comfy. I use it for my yoga at home in the evenings too. Very happy with this product. I definitely recommend.
